First exchange of biological samples at the European level

Creation of the Biobanque de Picardie, an emanation of the Somme departmental laboratory by the Picardy Regional Council and the General Council of the Somme department as the Serum Bank of Picardie, thanks to the initiative of Dr. J.M. SUEUR, biologist and Professor J. ORFILA, worldwide Chlamydia expert. It was the year where the first paillette was stored.
